Wild Rice Dinner w/ Chef Todd Bright. Vancouver, Canada.

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome back Chef Todd Bright of Wild Rice Restaurant to prepare a 5 course tasting meal for Edible Canada guests. Chef Todd, along with sous-chef Heather wowed the audiences tastebuds, provided a wealth of information on chinese cooking techniques and even got some of the diners involved with making their own sui mai dumplings.
